Easter Holidays

Easter holidays

Easter holidays are a popular time to go on holiday. The weather abroad is typically much warmer than in the UK, and many cheap deals can be found. Easter holidays tend to be less crowded than in peak summer time and thus it is much easier to get that elusive sun lounger!

In general, Easter holidays are a good time to visit the Canary Islands of Tenerife, Fuerteventura, Lanzarote and Gran Canaria. It is usually possible to find some good value deals, and the climate is almost guaranteed sunshine. Other popular destinations include the Caribbean, the Red Sea as well as Spain, Portgual and Greece. Here, the temperatures are usually hot, but not so stifling as to trouble younger children.

Easter holidays are particularly popular amongst families, and so for the more popular family hotels it is advisable to book early. It is possible to pick up some fantastic late deals, although holidaymakers should be advised that destinations and flight times are more limited.

The dates for Easter Holidays vary year upon year and so it is recommended that you check in advance when the Easter holidays will fall. Below we have included the Easter holiday dates for the next few years.
